Hi, since you've asked for a review, I have to say I was a bit disappointed. I purchased a voucher for a family member on 23/12/2023. When I was purchasing it, the first page says:
"Our Gift Vouchers are delivered by email with a unique code to use at the checkout online. We can also send out a hard copy voucher to your chosen recipient, please include address and message in the special notes at the checkout and we will take care of the rest."
However I was unable to find a special notes section. So I sent an email requesting this the same day, and then another follow-up email on 02/01/2024. To date (now 12/01/2024) I have not received a reply.
