At Milk Fashion we understand shopping online means you may select something that doesn’t quite fit or maybe it just looks a little different to what you thought. Please choose carefully you can email or call us at the store or even message us through our social media channels for any questions you may have before ordering, eg fit, fabric, etc etc. We are here to help!
Here’s the simple procedure for return/exchange/refund goods purchased online:
Send your parcel to MILK FASHION PO BOX 180 SCARBOROUGH BEACH, WA 6922
Returns will be accepted and a credit note provided. Credit note is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
We provide credit vouchers and exchanges unless the garment is deemed faulty in which case we will provide a refund in full including shipping costs.
No EXCHANGE or REFUNDS on SALE items.
All returns/exchanges must be returned within 28 days of purchase
Garments must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
All return/exchange garments are subject to inspection.
We do not accept any returns for exchange on sale items unless the garment is faulty.
All credit vouchers issued are valid for 12 months
Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the garment is faulty in which case we will incur shipping costs.
SWIMWEAR RETURN POLICY
Exchanges will only be accepted if garment is in original condition. Including unworn, unwashed and unmarked. Please ensure that swimwear is to be tried on over underwear. In the interests of hygene, we will refuse returns of items where it is obvious this hasnt been done.
We cannot accept returns on swimwear tha have been marked whilst instore this includes fake tan, make up and sun tan lotions.
All products must be returned in their original condition with original tags and the internal hygene protection sticker in its original placement as sold when shipped.
